Charity of the Year at EuroWeek Bond Dinner

Anchor House was proud to be the chosen charity of the year for the Euroweek Bond Dinner which took place on Tuesday 15th May 2012.

The event saw the most important funding officials and bankers from the bond markets come together at London’s Guildhall for their gala dinner – an evening of awards, charity and entertainment.

Guests were entertained by comedian Al Murray who was superb, and Anchor House patron Jeremy Paxman who urged them all to support us generously. The money raised will go towards our Appeal which aims to redevelop our 50 year old facilities – providing training suites and move-on accommodation – thereby increasing our services to the increasing demand of the homeless.

The evening raised an incredible £175,000. We would like to thank everyone who so generously donated at the event.

Your donation is helping to turn around the lives of some of the most marginalised and vulnerable people and is invaluable. We would also like to thank EuroWeek, who have been amazing, for their extremely valuable support of our work.

For more information about our appeal and the work that we do please email [email protected]/
